Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet
Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet is a Senior Director for the Talent Acquisition Solutions that Oracle offers in the Cloud. His team oversees the outbound product management activities for Taleo Business Edition, Taleo Enterprise Edition and the new Oracle Recruiting Cloud. A key part of this role is defining the market strategy and developing product related educational content for Oracle sales, presales, customer success managers, customers and partners.
Fabrice has more than 20 years of international experience in HRIS and SaaS, gained in large companies such as IBM, KPMG and CSC as well as start-ups such as Jobpartners (acquired by Taleo). Fabrice became a Senior Director, joining Oracle through the Taleo acquisition. Fabrice graduated from the Engineering School Arts & Métiers Paris Tech, one of the top 10 engineering school in France. Besides his native language, French, Fabrice speaks English and Spanish.

In this session, experience the latest “Fluid” User Experience developed for Taleo across the recruiting lifecycle.
Oracle Taleo Cloud enables organisations to source, recruit, develop and retain top talent with an engaging and data-rich talent management software suite. The solution includes; end to end recruiting automation, social sourcing, employee referrals, an employee onboarding module, mobile recruiting and a standard suite of reports and analytics. Yet, in Version 1’s experience, many clients are not getting the most of their Taleo instance, as they are not fully aware of the systems capabilities. This presentation provides an overview of the Taleo core modules and functionality including; Recruiting, Social Sourcing, Onboarding, OBI Reporting and TCC Integrations to show how organisations can fully realise the benefits of Taleo and optimise their use of the system.
The Oracle Taleo Cloud applicant tracking system has rich functionality for recruiting and onboarding top talent, but sometimes, Organisations have business requirements that are not easily solved with standard ‘out of the box’ Taleo functionality. In this session, Version 1 will present the top 10 common problems and solution design issues faced by their client and the solutions they have put in place to solve these.
