Annual leave

Our employees get 24 days leave allowance plus national bank holidays, with the option to carry over up to five days each year in case you need to save leave for a special occasion. And for those who have personal goals and ambitions that they want to achieve outside of work, we offer up to 13 weeks of unpaid leave allowance too.

Sick leave

We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to be absent from work due to ill health which is why our paid sick leave ensures you have the time you need to recover, aligned to regional policies once you have completed your probation period with us.

Parental leave

We know that this time is special for all parents, and on top of statutory allowances aligned to local offices, we give an additional enhanced 6 months of paid maternity leave for our employees with two or more years of service. Paternity leave is two weeks of full pay (post probation period). And because a support network is so critical at this time, we also offer shared parental leave, aligned to local employment legislation as required.

Wedding leave

This extra happy time needs to be properly enjoyed and appreciated, so we offer an additional three days of annual leave to help you celebrate with family and friends.

Not every time is happy time, and for moments when you need extra support, or need to provide that support for family members, additional compassionate leave is offered. Whether that’s a close family bereavement or a personal crisis, we help you navigate this difficult period.

Reproductive leave For any employees or their partners who are taking fertility treatment, we offer additional leave to reduce stress levels and help with your wellbeing at such a critical time.

Health and wellbeing

From day one you are eligible to join the company private healthcare plan and our healthcare partners offer preferential rates for family members too, for your peace of mind. We also know that there are twists and turns along the way in life that can sometimes mean you need extra emotional support and someone to listen. Our Employee Assistance Programme is a confidential third-party counselling service, provided by an external professional partner that provides emotional support to you and your family in times of need.
