Version 1 Celebrates Achieving 5th Position at the Great Place to Work Asia® Awards

Version 1 is proud to be listed as the 5th Best Workplace™ Small & Medium in Asia at this year’s Great Place to Work Asia® awards. This is an incredible achievement after being listed as the #1 Best Mid-Size Workplace™ in India 2022.

As part of the methodology for selecting Asia’s best Mid-Size Workplaces, employees take an anonymous survey that carries 75% weightage when considered for the Best Workplaces™ lists. Below are some of our key survey findings:

I have seen how Version 1 prioritizes its employees’ well-being, which creates a happy and healthy environment to work in. I am impressed to see such a large organization adopt an employee-focused policy.
