Empowering Zurich Insurance Group with a customer-centric digital platform

Established in 1872, Zurich Insurance Group is a leading global insurer with over 50,000 employees in over 170 countries. Zurich’s business is organised into three core segments: General Insurance, Global Life and Farmers. The brand wanted to modernise its client-facing brokerage systems and needed a platform that would empower its brokers to deliver tailored advice, real-time quotations and faultless customer support. The challenge lay in creating a solution that integrated seamlessly with Zurich’s existing systems to ensure efficiency and security. 

We scoped a streamlined approach that would revolutionise Zurich’s operations. This meant a user-friendly, secure portal where brokers could access real-time client information and complete complex transactions easily. The platform needed to handle growing business volumes while prioritising customer experience across the board. 

We partnered with Zurich to evaluate its IT infrastructure and tailor a solution that delivered on each element of its wish list. Our team introduced a modern web portal, giving brokers the tools to serve clients quickly and efficiently. We implemented a DevOps model for infrastructure automation and application deployment, ensuring Zurich could deliver rapidly where required. 

The digital platform we developed has transformed the way Zurich’s brokers interact with clients. Brokers can now quickly generate bespoke real-time insurance quotes meaning customers get answers faster. This integrated approach has removed barriers for Zurich brokers and simplified the customer journey for its customers.
