The Version 1 employee engagement strategy was built on a range of 50 large and small initiatives introduced over a three year period. Focused around a quarterly rhythm which created a culture of execution and discipline, the net result was a significant uplift in employee performance across the company which also translated into improvements in customer satisfaction and company profitability.
