The Journey to DevOps: It's not just about the pipeline! - 11:00 - 11:40
DevOps has changed the way software is delivered. While many people associate the term with technology and tooling, successful DevOps transformation requires more than just the right tools and technology. Cultural change, organisation structure and processes play a huge part in how organisations transform and adopt a DevOps approach. During this session, attendees learn how to combine the right mix of technical and cultural change to deliver faster and safer releases. Oisin illustrates real-life examples and lessons learned from use cases which have moved from yearly to daily release cycles.
