Chris Leone
Chris Leone is senior vice president of development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, including Oracle Global HR Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud. In this role, Leone is responsible for the strategy, product management, product development, and product go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users. Recently, he was named #16 on Business Insider’s Most Important People in Cloud Computing list.
For more than 20 years, Leone has developed enterprise software applications for large and midsize companies. He came to Oracle via its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management activities for the company’s financial and project management and enterprise performance management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Leone was vice president of products at Hyperion, where he was responsible for business performance management applications.
Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Yazad Dalal
Yazad Dalal is a Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy leader at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for overall strategy and business growth of Oracle’s HCM Cloud solutions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. He is also passionate about identifying and sharing future trends in all areas of Human Capital Management. Yazad and his team work with HR and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that enable them to transform their organizations and modernise their workforce tools. He was previously Head of HCM Cloud Applications for Oracle Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Oracle in 2015, Yazad was EVP, Asia, of TMP Worldwide, the world’s largest independent HR communications and technology firm. He held various leadership roles at TMP in both North America and Asia, working in New York, Bangalore and Singapore.
Yazad has spent 20 years working in the human capital space, including senior positions at Vault.com, the leading career information resource for high potential students and young professionals, and at Monster Worldwide, where he led the Global Sales Development group. As a Human Capital expert, he has lectured at INSEAD, given keynote presentations at major national and international HR forums and has appeared in over 20 mainstream, business and HR publications in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Yazad is based in London.

Nick Jackson
Nick Jackson FCMA CGMA – Sales Development Leader, Finance and Supply Chain Western Europe
Nick leads business development activities focused on Cloud solutions for financial management and supply chain across UK and Western Europe. Nick is also the current President of CIMA (the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and Vice-Chair of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, representing over 650,000 members and students globally.
Nick has had a strong interest in financial management and performance improvement throughout his career, working across a number of industries, including central and local government, energy, utility and financial services companies. He was a management consultant specialising in financial, performance and commercial management with Ernst & Young, and later Capgemini,
He worked for the UK Treasury in 2009, before heading Finance Strategy and Planning at the Ministry of Justice, and then Director of Corporate Services for Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. Nick joined Oracle in 2016 to bring insight from a customer perspective into our expansion of Cloud solutions for financial, performance and supply chain management.
PeopleSoft
Robbin Velayedam
Robbin has spent the majority of his professional career designing, developing, and championing HR, Talent Management, CRM, and Workforce applications to customers of all sizes and industries. He began his journey with Oracle PeopleSoft in 1998 and has been involved with PeopleSoft applications either as a customer or in product management since release 7.0. He has worked in a variety of functional areas with PeopleSoft product development such as Approvals, Analytics, Self Service, Mobile/Fluid, and Shared Components. As Senior Director of HCM Product Management and Strategy, he and his team serve as a conduit between customers and the development organization to ensure user expectations are met – if not exceeded – with new functionality.
Robbin maintains a strong and trusting relationship with PeopleSoft customers and the Oracle Partner ecosystem with his continued involvement with customer visits, webinars, partner summit, customer advisory board, special interest groups, user groups, and user conferences.

Nadia Bendjedou
Dr. Nadia Bendjedou, Vice President – Product Strategy, Applications Development, Oracle Corporation
Nadia is a Vice President of Oracle E-Business Suite Strategy, with cross suite responsibility; go to market initiatives, and customer success activities. Nadia joined Oracle back in 1991 and her main objective is to help customers understand the value that each release of the Oracle E-Business Suite brings to them.
Nadia is a three-time recipient of the Oracle Applications User Group ‘Ambassador of the Year’ Award (2007, 2009, 2010), and received the Oracle Applications User Group Lifetime Service Award in 2011. Nadia has also received the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) Inspiring Speaker Award (for UKOUG 2011 Conference).
Nadia is the holder of a PhD in Computer Science from England.
JD Edwards
Gary Grieshaber
Gary Grieshaber is a senior executive within Oracle’s Applications Development division. He is presently the Vice President of Product Strategy and Development for the Oracle JD Edwards product line. He is responsible for the current product success and future product strategy of the JD Edwards products, including the areas of industry solutions, applications, cloud, tools and technologies.
Mr. Grieshaber has been with Oracle and JD Edwards since 2001, holding various product strategy, product management and development management positions related to the JD Edwards product line and Oracle applications. He has played a key role in the evolution of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne product to a full ERP suite, modern technology and cloud ready platform that continues to enjoy one of the top customer satisfaction scores across the Oracle product portfolio.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Grieshaber spent 14 years in product management, development, and consulting at technology companies IBM, 3COM, and S1/Edify, where he built products for the telecommunications, technology, and financial services industries.
Mr. Grieshaber holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
Oracle Taleo
Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet
Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet is a Senior Director for the Talent Acquisition Solutions that Oracle offers in the Cloud. His team oversees the outbound product management activities for Taleo Business Edition, Taleo Enterprise Edition and the new Oracle Recruiting Cloud. A key part of this role is defining the market strategy and developing product related educational content for Oracle sales, presales, customer success managers, customers and partners.
Fabrice has more than 20 years of international experience in HRIS and SaaS, gained in large companies such as IBM, KPMG and CSC as well as start-ups such as Jobpartners (acquired by Taleo). Fabrice became a Senior Director, joining Oracle through the Taleo acquisition. Fabrice graduated from the Engineering School Arts & Métiers Paris Tech, one of the top 10 engineering school in France. Besides his native language, French, Fabrice speaks English and Spanish.
