Version 1 named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2023
Version 1 is proud to announce that we have been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2023.
This award is Version 1’s 3rd recognition in the Best Workplaces™ category, our earlier awards being Excellence in Wellbeing UK – Great Place to Work® 2022, BestWorkplaces™ for Wellbeing Large Organisations UK 2022, and Healthy Place to Work 21-22.
Our Strength in Balance Model
After an excellent 2022 which saw Version 1 receive over 15 awards across several categories and countries, we begin 2023 on a similarly strong note. The Great Place To Work® and Best Workplaces™ survey asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfillment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels
At Version 1 our Wellbeing model emphasizes the importance of variety and balance by managing every aspect of yourself the best you can. We promote a culture of positive Health and Wellbeing daily. We also invest in a strong culture of wellness through programs, activities and resources that help our employees create their own journey toward optimal wellbeing. We want our employees to be healthy and live well.
This is a fantastic result and one we are all very proud of. We prioritize employee wellbeing by promoting healthy high performance across the organisation. Version 1 have invested in Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW) which is a measure of resilience and its impact on employee and team wellbeing. We have empowered employees to take responsibility for their wellbeing while also enabling leaders and managers to create a safe and supportive working environment to suit their team’s needs. Recognition as a Great Place to Work for Wellbeing wouldn’t be possible without our people fostering a culture that promotes wellness and a supportive working environment in all aspects of life.
