Enterprise Applications
Our Enterprise Applications practice brings together a global and inclusive community of over 700 Oracle specialists, with 500+ certified experts across the full Oracle ecosystem.
This practice provides the opportunity to work on large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programmes in a supportive, high-performing environment where different perspectives are valued. As an Oracle Innovation Partner of the Year (EMEA 2023), we deliver end-to-end business transformation that ranges from consulting and advisory through to implementation, integration and managed services.

Services Reliability Group (SRG)
Our ASPIRE Global Service Centre is a central hub for service management. It is designed to go beyond the traditional service desk and provide a modern, integrated support experience.
It acts as a shared delivery hub, bringing together workflows, processes, tools and expertise to support our customers effectively. As part of our ASPIRE Managed Services offering, we place AI, continuous improvement and innovation at the heart of what we do.
With a strong focus on automation and self-service, we use leading tools such as ServiceNow ITSM to deliver efficient, seamless experiences which helps both our customers and our teams work smarter.
Transformation Design Group (TDG)
The Transformation Design Group brings together over 200 specialists who focus on designing meaningful, people-centred transformation.
We’re not a traditional consultancy or digital agency. We are transformation designers who combine analysis, design thinking, research and change management to create solutions that work for both organisations and the people within them.
Working with central government and major private sector clients, we design transformation at every level from digital strategy and service design to organisational change and AI adoption.
By bringing together product management, research, service design and change expertise into one integrated approach, we focus on delivering real outcomes that enable organisations transform in ways that are sustainable, inclusive and impactful.
