In this session, we cover the features and functions that are available today in your PeopleSoft HCM system to help you to understand and manage the people impact of COVID-19.

Jo Randles, Managing Consultant, discusses the tools you can use to help you to communicate, assess, track & report. You will also learn how these same tools can be applied to other processes such as internal mobility.

We cover how organisations can:

  • Use employee self-service to run questionnaires to regularly gather information and communicate via videos
  • Check key contact/emergency contact information is up to date
  • Use the surveyed data to present information in dashboard format and output information such as people furloughed, staff tested positive, staff showing symptoms, staff that need a 1-1 with HR
  • Create trend analysis, thresholds and how to cut the information across the data already held in your PeopleSoft system – using both Pivot Grids and Kibana.
